By accessing, registering on, or using the hann ph platform at hannph.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all registered players and visitors to the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the hann ph platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and maintain an active account on hann ph, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.

hann ph reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts found to be registered by or on behalf of ineligible individuals will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

Each person may hold only one registered account on hann ph. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are not permitted.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering. This includes your real full name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID and supporting documents at any time. hann ph processes this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All deposits on hann ph are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer, online banking, and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as funding methods.

Deposits are credited to your account balance after payment confirmation is received. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. hann ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals are processed in PHP to your registered Philippine bank account or e-wallet. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement.

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible, but processing times may vary. hann ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.

Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name — the same person as the hann ph account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. See the Withdrawal page for the full process.

The hann ph platform offers fish games, live casino, sports betting, slots, eBingo, and other game categories. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

All game outcomes are final once a round has been settled. Disputes regarding settled game outcomes will only be reviewed where there is evidence of a technical malfunction. Dissatisfaction with a valid game result does not constitute grounds for a refund or adjustment.

hann ph uses certified random number generation for digital games and live dealer streams for casino table games. We do not guarantee any outcome or return from participation in any game on the platform.

From time to time, hann ph may make promotional offers available to registered players. Any such offers will be subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, and validity periods.
